Due to Russian attacks on the energy sector in Ukraine, electricity rationing is being introduced in the country, Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko announced on Tuesday morning.
He says this is being done to limit the possible consequences.
According to Halushchenko, the attack took place on Tuesday night.
