The meeting is from February 20 to 21 in Johannesburg.
On X, he writes that “South Africa is doing very bad things” and accuses them of having an “anti-American agenda.”
He believes that the country has taken land that is not theirs.
Earlier this week, President Donald Trump threatened to cut off aid to the country.
