FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – The election of a new Paphos bishop is now scheduled for September.
Archbishop Georgios, currently serving as caretaker of the Paphos bishopric, is expected to visit the region this week to address administrative and pastoral matters, including complaints raised by the public.
Officials cited unresolved issues and the upcoming summer period as reasons for the revised election timeline.
