Authorities are still accepting applications for a voluntary repatriation plan for Syrian families from until August 31, provided applicants withdraw their asylum requests or revoke their international protection status submitted before December 31, 2024.
The plan also applies to couples without children, while prisoners are excluded.
The scheme began in June. Cypriot authorities are working in full coordination with the European Commission, which will be kept informed of the plan’s implementation.
