Leaders of several European countries, including Britain, France, Germany and Poland, issued a joint statement on Saturday regarding peace talks for the war in Ukraine.
They reiterated the message that Ukraine itself must be part of any talks.
The statement comes a day after it was announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with President Trump in the United States next Friday.
President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyj, spoke on Saturday with several European heads of state.
