GAZA CITY — The Palestinian Authority has expressed support for President Donald Trump’s efforts to end the conflict in Gaza, calling his involvement sincere and determined.
In an official statement, the authority said it appreciates the American president’s “genuine and resolute efforts to bring an end to the war,” and reaffirmed its “confidence in his ability to find a path to peace.”
Eight Arab and Muslim-majority countries — including Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia — have also welcomed Trump’s role in the peace initiative.
