A 41‑year‑old woman was arrested at Larnaca Airport early Monday on an outstanding warrant linked to the theft of €17,500 from the bank account of a deceased woman, according to CyBC radio.
Police said she was taken into custody upon arrival in Cyprus to assist investigators. The money was allegedly withdrawn between July 21 and 25, 2022.
The suspect remains under arrest as the investigation continues.
