Cyprus Weather – Thursday 4 June

A weak high‑pressure system is affecting Cyprus, keeping conditions mostly clear this afternoon, though some areas will see increased cloud cover.

Winds will blow from the southwest to northwest at moderate to strong levels, 4 to 5 Beaufort. Seas will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will reach 32 degrees Celsius inland, 30 on the south and east coasts, 27 on the remaining coasts and 22 in the mountains.

Tonight will remain mostly clear with some local cloudiness, mainly along the eastern coast. Winds will gradually shift downslope at light levels, around 3 Beaufort, and seas will stay calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will fall to 15 degrees inland and on the north coast, 17 on the remaining coasts and 12 in the mountains.
