FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Authorities were mobilized early this morning following reports of a fire in a cafeteria in the Dhekelia area.
According to police, the fire broke out around 5:00 a.m., and members of the British Bases fire department extinguished it.
The cafeteria, owned by a 48-year-old, suffered extensive damage.
The scene is being guarded for on-site examinations to determine the cause of the fire.
The Famagusta Police Station and the Xylotympos Police Station are investigating the incident.
