FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – A 45-year-old man, wanted in connection with a case involving conspiracy to commit a felony and the creation and circulation of forged documents, was arrested by Cyprus Police.
The man’s photograph had been published by police on February 12, 2025, in a bid to gather information leading to his location. He was apprehended on March 11 in the Episkopi-Kourion area within the British Bases, following a collaborative operation between Cyprus Police and British Bases Police.
A subsequent judicial process determined his extradition to the Republic’s authorities, leading to his formal arrest under a warrant on Monday afternoon, April 7, 2025.
