FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Air China has inaugurated its new Beijing-Vladivostok round-trip flight service, with the first flight landing at Vladivostok International Airport on Monday.
The arrival was marked with a ceremonial water salute.
During the inaugural event, Wang Jun, Acting Consul General of China in Vladivostok, emphasized the route’s role in strengthening China-Russia cooperation in trade, culture, and tourism.
Denis Chmutov, General Manager of Vladivostok International Airport, highlighted that the new route will bolster regional business and tourism, with weekly flights between Beijing and Vladivostok now exceeding 20.
The route, operated using Boeing 737-800 aircraft, will run on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
