The average price per square meter of apartments in Copenhagen has doubled in ten years, according to reports.
According to housing economist and communications director at Boligsiden Birgit Daetz, prices skyrocketed during the corona pandemic.
Over the past year, the average sales price per square meter in the capital has experienced an increase of eight percent.
‘The falling interest rate level makes it possible for more buyers to realize their dream of owning a home, while we continue to have generally high employment and solid savings in Danish households,’ Daetz said.
