Authorities in Bavaria say the incident in which a car drove into a crowd in Munich appears to be an attack.
A 24-year-old asylum seeker was arrested after the incident. According to police, he drove into a demonstration where over 2,500 people had registered.
Many were injured in what authorities are now describing as an attack – at least 28 are seriously injured.
