Barcelona Bans Pub Crawls Citywide to Tackle Overtourism

Barcelona has banned organized pub crawls, making it illegal to promote, sell or lead bar-hopping tours in the city.

The restriction applies year-round and at all hours.

The measure expands a previous nighttime ban in select areas and is part of the city’s broader effort to curb overtourism.
