Comedy play explores modern relationships in Cyprus

NICOSIA— A new comedy play examining the complexities of modern relationships will be staged in Nicosia this October.

The production, titled “Once a Week”, follows three couples as they navigate romantic challenges with the help of a relationship counselor. The play explores themes including marriage, age gaps, parenthood, and commitment through humorous dialogue and candid confessions.

Performances are scheduled for Oct. 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26 at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are available online at and at Stephanis stores.

Written by Andreas Aristotelous and directed by Marina Vronti, the cast includes Elena Christofi, Dena Ioannou, Iliana Kakkoura, Loukia Protopapa, Kristiana Georgiou, Simos Tsiakkas, Savvas Menikou and Christos Grigoriadis.

Proceeds from select ticket categories will support the Karaiskakio Foundation, which provides services to individuals affected by cancer. the performances are in Greek.
