Air traffic to Cyprus increased by 16% during the winter period of November 2025 to January 2026 compared with the same months a year earlier, according to airport operator Hermes Airports.
Hermes spokesperson Maria Kouroupi told Haravgi that flights operated through the island’s two airports showed a notable year‑on‑year rise for the winter season.
Thirty airlines flew from Larnaca Airport to 54 destinations in 33 countries, while eight airlines operated winter routes from Paphos Airport to 35 destinations in 17 countries.
