Flights to Cyprus, particularly through Larnaca Airport, are gradually returning to normal after several days of disruption, according to local media.
EasyJet said it is resuming flights from Larnaca to London, Berlin and Basel, and from Paphos to London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh.
Other airlines are expected to restart services over the weekend.
The moves come after widespread cancellations and delays earlier in the week.
Dozens of flights were grounded or diverted, leaving terminals crowded and forcing passengers to rebook or wait for alternative connections.
Airport officials said their priority was to clear the backlog and stabilize operations before restoring full schedules.
Tourism operators told the newspaper the disruption had knock-on effects across the island, with hotel arrivals delayed and transport services struggling to adjust.
Some airlines faced difficulties repositioning aircraft and crews, slowing the return to regular timetables.
