Low temperatures will continue to grip Cyprus until Tuesday. Light snowfall in the higher mountains was recorded on Sunday, as the cold snap set in.
As for the strong winds, they will die down as Monday progresses. The temperature for tonight will range from 6 degrees inland, to 8 degrees on the coasts and to -2 degrees in the higher mountains, much lower than compared to the previous days.
Frost is expected to form in the mountains.
