FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – The Price Index of Construction Materials in Cyprus reached 119.03 units in April 2025 (base year 2021=100), marking a 0.18% increase from March and a 1.54% rise compared to April 2024.
By commodity category, price increases were recorded in minerals (3.80%), mineral products (3.31%), electromechanical products (1.46%), and wood, insulation materials, chemicals, and plastics (0.56%).
Metallic products saw a 0.46% decline.
For the January-April 2025 period, the index recorded a 1.20% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
