President Nikos Christodoulides will present the government’s official 2026 program in a televised and online address at 7 p.m. Thursday, the presidency said.
In a social‑media post, Christodoulides said the annual presentation of the government’s planning was introduced at the start of his term as part of a commitment to transparency and accountability.
Deputy Minister to the President Irini Piki said last month that Christodoulides will deliver a broader assessment of his administration’s performance in March.
She said 67% of the actions announced for 2025 have been completed or are in the final stages, including tax reform, changes to teacher evaluations and progress in digital transition. Forty‑seven of 88 flagship initiatives have been fully implemented, she said.
