FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Larnaca Airport has emerged as a significant entry point for narcotics in Cyprus.
Politis newspaper reported that 194 kilograms of the 617 kilograms of cannabis seized last year entered through this airport.
Additionally, 3 kilograms of cocaine were confiscated.
The report highlighted an increase in both the quantity and variety of drugs intercepted compared to 2023.
