The number of livestock units affected by foot‑and‑mouth disease in Cyprus has risen to 116, the Agriculture Ministry.
On Friday, officials confirmed four new cases inside existing infected zones and said nationwide sampling continues.
RIK reported that two of the affected units are in Athienou and involve goat and sheep farms.
