The Cabinet has approved a scheme subsidizing short holidays for low‑income pensioners at hotels in the mountain resorts and in Pyrgos Tyllirias.
The program covers three nights with full board.
The Labor Ministry said the scheme will run in two phases: from June 5 to the end of July, and again from September 1 to October 30, or until funds are exhausted.
Details on eligibility and the start date for applications will be announced in the coming days.
