Cyprus’ unemployment rate stood at 4.2% in February, according to the most recent data released by Eurostat.
Eurostat figures show the number of unemployed people in the Republic of Cyprus fell from 23,000 in January 2026 to 22,000 in February.
For 2025 as a whole, unemployment averaged 23,000.
Across the eurozone, unemployment rose slightly, from 6.1% in January to 6.2% in February, the report said.
