EU foreign ministers have unanimously decided to extend sanctions against Russia for six months.
There was tension surrounding the decision as Hungary announced that this time they could say no, given Ukraine has blocked the pipes that transport gas from Russia to Hungary.
But Hungary finally relented, and the extension was unanimously approved, as required by the rules.
