A survey by the Federation of Patients’ Associations shows generally high satisfaction with the services provided by Gesy personal doctors, highlighting their key role in primary care, the head of the federation’s Scientific Advisory Committee said.
Speaking on RIK Radio, Konstantinos Tsioutis said the findings also point to areas needing improvement, chiefly communication between beneficiaries and their personal doctors.
He said such surveys are important because they offer useful data for evaluating services and help improve the quality of care provided to patients.
