Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos stressed the need to secure a path toward meaningful dialogue aimed at achieving comprehensive peace in the Middle East.
Kombos spoke by phone with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, to discuss developments surrounding the cease-fire between Washington and Tehran.
In a post on X, Kombos said sustained de‑escalation across the region — including in Lebanon and by all parties — is essential. He added that ensuring freedom of navigation and protecting civilians, with full respect for international law, remains a priority.
