Malta has announced over €10 million in new schemes to assist households in transitioning to sustainable energy sources.
The initiatives support the installation of photovoltaic systems and battery storage, featuring a €0.105 feed-in tariff per kWh over 20 years.
The application process is simplified, offering instant approval, and various grant categories are available based on the type of system installed.
The total funding of €10.3 million aims to enhance energy efficiency and advance the country’s clean energy goals.
Energy Minister Miriam Dalli stated that the incentives are designed to help families participate in Malta’s clean energy transition.
