FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE — Greek politician Dimitris Mantzos voiced concern over the seizure of the vessel Madleen and the arrest of its passengers by Israeli forces, urging transparency from Israel regarding the operation.
Mantzos, head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of PASOK-Movement for Change, said in an Instagram post that the incident raises serious questions about the obstruction of a symbolic humanitarian aid mission to Gaza, which is facing a humanitarian crisis, as well as the possible violation of international maritime law.
