Credit ratings agency Moody’s said Wednesday it expects Turkey’s economy to grow 3.2% in 2025, followed by 3.4% in 2026 and 3.5% in 2027.
In its Global Structured Finance Report, Moody’s projected inflation in Turkey at about 35% in 2025, easing to 22% in 2026 and 18.5% in 2027.
The agency also gave forecasts for other major economies: U.S. growth of 2% in 2025, slowing to 1.8% in 2026 and 1.9% in 2027; eurozone growth of 1.1% in 2025, 1.3% in 2026 and 1.4% in 2027; China’s growth at 5% in 2025, 4.5% in 2026 and 4.2% in 2027; and India’s growth at 7% in 2025, 6.4% in 2026 and 6.5% in 2027.
