A significant increase in the number of mobile phone subscribers was recorded in Turkish controlled northern Cyprus during the third quarter of 2024.
According to data published by the “Information and Communications Technologies Authority”, registered mobile phone users reached 1.3 million, compared to 996,401 in the corresponding quarter of 2023.
Of these, 838,184 are actively using their lines.
