Police carried out a coordinated search at a Nicosia premises on Monday morning, seizing a range of cannabis‑related products, authorities said.
The operation was conducted under a court warrant and in the presence of the 25‑year‑old manager. Officers from the Drug Law Enforcement Unit, the Intellectual Property and Illegal Betting Unit, and officials from the Pharmaceutical and Health Services took part.
Police said they confiscated 14 packages containing cannabidiol (CBD), five containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), 47 packages of dried plant material resembling cannabis and 16 hand‑rolled cigarettes with similar plant material. All items were sent for laboratory testing.
Health Services also withheld 15 products under the Food Control and Quality Law.
The Drug Law Enforcement Unit, together with the Ayios Dhometios police station, is continuing the investigation.
