A wall and part of a ceiling collapsed in a house in the Chrysopolitissa area of Larnaca, the second such incident in recent days. No injuries were reported.
Police said three women living in the property managed to get out safely before the structure gave way.
Fire crews and a team from the Larnaca District Emergency Response Unit sealed off the building, which was deemed dangerous.
Authorities notified the homeowner, and the three residents will be housed elsewhere.
