Cyprus’ Meteorological Service issued a yellow warning Wednesday for intense weather conditions, valid until 6 p.m.
Isolated strong thunderstorms are expected to affect parts of the island at intervals. Local rainfall rates may reach between 35 and 55 millimetres per hour, the service said.
