Turkish companies are gearing up to present their products and services at the upcoming China International Import Expo (CIIE), aiming to strengthen their presence in the world’s second-largest economy.
The eighth edition of the CIIE will take place Nov. 5–10 in Shanghai, drawing thousands of exhibitors from around the globe.
Türkiye’s delegation will feature strong representation from the food, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
The Aegean Exporters’ Associations, which represents more than 7,500 companies, is coordinating Türkiye’s participation.
This year’s Turkish pavilion will host around 20 companies, many of them small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to enter the Chinese market. Key sectors include food and beverages, natural products, textiles, and logistics.
For many Turkish businesses, the expo also provides insights into Chinese consumer behavior, distribution networks, and regulatory requirements.
Turkish exporters are increasingly engaging with Chinese e-commerce platforms and adjusting their strategies to meet local demand.
