The Palestinian Health Ministry updated its death toll on Wednesday, saying 45,097 Palestinians have been killed so far in the war between Israel and Hamas, which erupted after the terrorist attack on Israel on October 7 last year.
107,244 are said to have been wounded.
The figures have not been independently confirmed, but figures from the Palestinian Ministry of Health have previously been reproduced by the UN.
