FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE — Cyprus has passed legislation requiring all workplaces and public spaces to establish permanent or temporary breastfeeding rooms for nursing mothers.
The law clarifies that the requirement does not affect the right of mothers to breastfeed in public.
The Ministry of Health plans to implement the law within one year of its publication in the Official Gazette.
