The Meteorology Department has forecast bone-chilling conditions for the next 24 hours, with temperatures in the Troodos Mountains expected to drop to a frosty -10 degrees Celsius tonight.
At dawn, snow depths reached 3 centimeters in Troodos Square and 5 centimeters in Chionistra, transforming the landscape into a winter wonderland.
A slight temperature increase is expected on Monday, followed by a more noticeable rise on Tuesday and Wednesday.
