FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Former U.S. President Joe Biden on Monday thanked the American people for their support following his announcement that he has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer.
“Cancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest where we have been broken,” the 82-year-old Biden wrote on X, alongside a photo of himself and First Lady Jill Biden.
Biden’s office confirmed Sunday that he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer. His family is reviewing treatment options with his physicians.
