FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – President Nikos Christodoulides highlighted over 60 projects with a budget exceeding €180 million for the Larnaca District during a broad meeting with local stakeholders.
The president emphasized that a key priority is the tangible support for Larnaca and the continuous improvement of citizens’ daily lives.
He also focused on the substantial upgrade of the city and district, announcing specific interventions and projects spanning various sectors, including the economy, agriculture, education, and health.
Infrastructure improvements were a major focus, with plans to resolve issues at Larnaca Port, deepen and maintain the marina, and implement a new agreement with improved terms for Larnaca Airport.
Additionally, the president announced a series of projects aimed at showcasing monuments and infrastructure across the district to enhance tourism and cultural heritage.
