FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Inflation in Cyprus fell to its lowest level since March 2021, making it the lowest inflation rate in the EU.
The inflation rates are based on the preliminary data published by Eurostat.
According to the news, the inflation rate of Cyprus, which was 1.4 percent in April, fell to 0.4 percent in May.
In the news where unemployment rates were also reported, it was stated that the unemployment rate decreased to 3.7 percent in April.
The employment rate for young people between the ages of 15-24 recorded its highest performance, rising to 35.4 percent in 2024.
