Cyprus’ health minister outlined the five pillars guiding the ministry’s policies during a presentation of its annual review and goals for the year.
Neofytos Charalambides said the framework is built on prevention and public health, stronger legislation and transparency, digital health, modern infrastructure and a robust, sustainable national health system.
He said the aim is a strategic shift toward a system that moves beyond treatment alone and invests in prevention, early diagnosis and improving citizens’ quality of life.
