The High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus in the United Kingdom has announced that applications are now being accepted for the new Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), required for travel to the UK starting April 2.
British and Irish citizens, UK permanent residents, and valid visa holders are exempt from this requirement.
The ETA application process can be completed electronically. Once approved, the permit will be valid for two years.
To avoid delays, it is recommended to submit the application at least three days before the planned trip.
