FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – A 31-year-old man has been transferred to Athalassa Hospital following his alleged involvement in a stabbing attack on his 69-year-old father at their home in the Agios Dometios area of Nicosia.
The victim underwent emergency surgery Wednesday and remains in serious but stable condition, authorities said.
Police responded to reports of an injured individual in the yard of the residence, where they discovered the man with multiple wounds believed to have been caused by a sharp object.
An investigation is ongoing.
