FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Cyprus recorded 200,736 tourist arrivals in March 2025, a 0.8% decrease from 202,256 in March 2024.
Despite the drop, overall arrivals for the first quarter showed growth, with 446,596 visitors between January and March 2025, marking a 7.5% increase compared to 415,251 in the same period last year.
The United Kingdom remained the largest source of tourists, accounting for 30.7% of total arrivals in March, with 61,545 visitors.
Other major markets included Israel with 14.1% (28,353 arrivals), Poland with 9.9% (19,827), Germany with 8.0% (16,084), and Greece with 6.5% (13,053).
