A weak high‑pressure system is beginning to influence the region, bringing mostly clear conditions across Cyprus on Wednesday.

Skies will be mainly sunny, though periods of increased cloud cover may develop locally. Isolated afternoon showers are possible, mainly over the mountains and parts of the interior. Winds will start from the southeast to southwest at light force, around 3 Beaufort, shifting gradually to southwesterly to westerly at 3 to 4 Beaufort. Seas will remain calm to slight. Temperatures will reach 23°C inland, around 22°C along the coast, and 12°C in the higher mountains.

Tonight will stay mostly clear, with patches of low cloud at times. Winds will blow from the northwest to northeast at light force, near 3 Beaufort, and seas will remain calm to slight. Overnight temperatures will fall to 11°C inland, around 13°C on the coasts, and 5°C in the mountains.

Thursday through Saturday will remain mostly clear, with temperatures rising steadily and climbing slightly above seasonal averages by Saturday.
