The Jordan Inbound Tourism Association held its 22nd annual awards ceremony Wednesday evening, attended by tourism professionals, association members, diplomats, international organizations and supporters.
Chairwoman Ghada Najjar said the association continues to play a key role in supporting and representing members despite global challenges, including economic pressures and shifting market dynamics.
She noted the group intensified coordination with authorities and launched capacity‑building programs such as specialized training sessions, workshops and knowledge‑sharing platforms to improve service quality nationwide.
Executive Director Lama Al‑Mahadin highlighted the year’s achievements, including three successful international promotional tours in Moscow, Greece and Italy.
She said the tours gave members direct access to strategic markets, fostered productive B2B meetings and showcased Jordan’s diverse tourism offerings.
Najjar added the association organized familiarization trips for international tour operators and media, helping strengthen global partnerships and promote Jordan as a distinctive destination.
