Police arrested 10 people last night during targeted operations across the area.
The arrests are linked to serious offenses, including drug possession, assault causing actual bodily harm, impersonation and violating a court order.
Traffic checks carried out during the same operations resulted in 120 citations. Fifty‑one involved driving under the influence of alcohol, while another 40 were for speeding. Police also impounded 20 vehicles.
Authorities additionally conducted 39 inspections at various establishments as part of efforts to curb illegal activity, issuing 10 citations.
