Royal Brunei Airlines has been named World’s Leading Cabin Crew 2025 by the World Travel Awards, marking its sixth consecutive win.
The airline said the honor highlights the trust placed in its signature Bruneian hospitality. Winners are chosen by industry professionals and travelers worldwide.
Interim Chief Executive Officer Colonel Norsuriati Haji Sharbini said the recognition reflects the cabin crew’s dedication to warm, personalized service.
“For six consecutive years, our cabin crew have shown unwavering commitment to delivering service from the heart,” Sharbini said.
