FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – The stock market decline in the United States continued on Thursday in New York, with President Donald Trump’s policies apparently scaring investors.
The Dow Jones index fell by 1.3 percent and has dropped by 8.7 percent over the past month.
The broad-based S&P 500 index ended 1.4 percent down and has fallen 9.7 percent in the past month.
The value of companies listed on the technology-heavy Nasdaq index fell by 2 percent on Thursday, and the decline over the past month has been 13.3 percent.
